Narrative:

Having planned an IFR approach using GPS (runway 36) to the cdh airport, I discovered that even though published in government chart sc-1 (united states terminal procedures) dated mar/xb/99, the GPS runway 36 approach was not in my current GPS database. After reviewing this discrepancy with the GPS manufacturer and the commercial database provider, they indicated the procedure was rescinded by the FAA effective mar/xa/99, thus making their database correct and the published approach chart incorrect.
