Narrative:
After installing relay bracket for relay K2289 in P37 panel, engineering informed a co-worker that the relay was installed in the wrong location and should not be mounted on a plate. One previous aircraft was also done this way. The bracket has since been remounted and engineering is going to modify the engineering order.
