Narrative:
Aircraft dropped, all flight attendants were injured. Flight attendant #2 broke aft exit sign with head. He was the most injured and had to be removed from sequence. Clear air turbulence did not show on aircraft radar.

Title: FLT ATTENDANT RPTED THAT FLT ATTENDANT #2 WAS INJURED IN CLR AIR TURB ON A B737 (DFW-SJO) AND REMOVED FROM FLT SEQUENCE.
Narrative: ACFT DROPPED, ALL FLT ATTENDANTS WERE INJURED. FLT ATTENDANT #2 BROKE AFT EXIT SIGN WITH HEAD. HE WAS THE MOST INJURED AND HAD TO BE REMOVED FROM SEQUENCE. CLR AIR TURB DID NOT SHOW ON ACFT RADAR.
