Narrative:
We landed on runway 11 and exited at taxiway V and then contacted ground on 121.75 as instructed by tower. The ground controller (male voice) instructed us to taxi via taxiway V then taxiway B hold short of B1. Approaching B1 he instructed us to contact ground on 121.9, which we did. The ground controller on 121.9 (female voice) cleared us to taxi via taxiway B hold short of runway 9L. We both verbally discussed and agreed that we were now cleared across runway 9R. We held short of runway 9L for approximately 1 min when we asked ground about crossing runway 9L. She responded that we had now crossed runway 9R without clearance but were now cleared to cross runway 9L and taxi to the ramp. The crew (us) again agreed that she had made a mistake and that she had indeed instructed us to hold short of runway 9L. After shutdown we informed our company of the situation and our chief pilot spoke with the tower supervisor. They advised that the issue was resolved and there would be no further action.

Title: C560 FLC OBTAINS CLRNC TO TAXI FROM THE OAK S ARPT COMPLEX TO THE N, TO HOLD SHORT OF RWY 9R. CTLR MISINTERPRETS RWY TO HOLD SHORT OF.
Narrative: WE LANDED ON RWY 11 AND EXITED AT TXWY V AND THEN CONTACTED GND ON 121.75 AS INSTRUCTED BY TWR. THE GND CTLR (MALE VOICE) INSTRUCTED US TO TAXI VIA TXWY V THEN TXWY B HOLD SHORT OF B1. APCHING B1 HE INSTRUCTED US TO CONTACT GND ON 121.9, WHICH WE DID. THE GND CTLR ON 121.9 (FEMALE VOICE) CLRED US TO TAXI VIA TXWY B HOLD SHORT OF RWY 9L. WE BOTH VERBALLY DISCUSSED AND AGREED THAT WE WERE NOW CLRED ACROSS RWY 9R. WE HELD SHORT OF RWY 9L FOR APPROX 1 MIN WHEN WE ASKED GND ABOUT XING RWY 9L. SHE RESPONDED THAT WE HAD NOW CROSSED RWY 9R WITHOUT CLRNC BUT WERE NOW CLRED TO CROSS RWY 9L AND TAXI TO THE RAMP. THE CREW (US) AGAIN AGREED THAT SHE HAD MADE A MISTAKE AND THAT SHE HAD INDEED INSTRUCTED US TO HOLD SHORT OF RWY 9L. AFTER SHUTDOWN WE INFORMED OUR COMPANY OF THE SIT AND OUR CHIEF PLT SPOKE WITH THE TWR SUPVR. THEY ADVISED THAT THE ISSUE WAS RESOLVED AND THERE WOULD BE NO FURTHER ACTION.
