TCASII gave alert for traffic 12 O'clock, level 300 ft below converging. When the distance got within preset limits, the TCASII commanded 'climb.' we climbed to 11000 ft, called jax approach and informed him, and made an uneventful landing.

Title: AN ACR JET CLBS ON A TCASII RA TO AVOID A NON RPTED ACFT CLBING TO HIS ALT.
Narrative: TCASII GAVE ALERT FOR TFC 12 O'CLOCK, LEVEL 300 FT BELOW CONVERGING. WHEN THE DISTANCE GOT WITHIN PRESET LIMITS, THE TCASII COMMANDED 'CLB.' WE CLBED TO 11000 FT, CALLED JAX APCH AND INFORMED HIM, AND MADE AN UNEVENTFUL LNDG.
