Narrative:
I was the captain arriving atl. We landed on runway 8L and were cleared to taxi via taxiway B to taxiway D and hold short of runway 8R at taxiway D. We read back and complied with instructions. While taxiing north on taxiway B there were several aircraft departing runway 8R and with all their lights on and us turning our nose lights off it is very difficult to see the painted hold line. It is somewhat a blinding situation and I was wondering if lights or reflective paint would help. Just a thought. Thanks.
