Narrative:
On final approach runway 7R, told to contact tower at OM. High workload at time, in process of instructing new pilot to this aircraft who was in right seat. Failed to switch to tower frequency but remained with approach control. Had not been cleared to land until short final. Realized failure to call and saw green light from tower and therefore proceeded to land. Should have been more diligent. Part of landing checklist should include checking clearance to land. However, one additional point -- we were still monitoring approach and had no inquiry from them.
