Narrative:

I flew my aeronca 11AC chief into the madison county airport (london, oh) to get fuel. After the attendant refueled my plane, I rolled it onto the grass where I staked the plane down. After I hand propped the engine, the stake pulled from the ground. The plane turned left and taxied into an adjacent aircraft. On a previous visit to the madison county airport, the attendant who fueled my plane refused to situation in my aircraft and hold the brakes while I propped it. He said that the insurance company would not permit it. This time I took a stake and tie-down rope.
