Narrative:
My student glider pilot, flying solo in a blanik L13, impacted the ground short of the airport runway resulting in damage to the glider and no injuries. He had a logbook endorsement to fly an sgs-2-33, sgs-1-26 and a blanik L13. I had placed a 90 day extension in his logbook for the sgs-2-33 but forgot to include the blanik L13 and sgs-1-26. FAA investigation resulted in no action from this incident.
