Narrative:

Full flight. At go time, 2 acm's arrived at flight deck to request jump seats -- 1 pilot and 1 flight attendant. (Aircraft has flight attendant acm jump seat installed.) the weight and balance paperwork had already been initiated and the acm's were inadvertently left off. Later calculation revealed that the aircraft remained within weight and balance limitations at all times during the flight. Factors leading to this situation include: flight crew members being rushed, the captain's failure to thoroughly review weight and balance paperwork before signing, and the hurried pace during a late boarding/full flight process.
