Narrative:

While conducting an IFR flight, I reported the airport in sight to ZOB. They cleared me for the visual approach about 12 mi east of the field and told me to 'contact the westmoreland tower.' I dialed in what I saw as the frequency on the approach chart. I reported my position to the tower and they told me to report a 3 mi final. I made that report, was told 'check wheels down, cleared to land.' when I cleared the runway, I had trouble reaching the tower on the radio. I switched radios, still nothing. I switched to the ground frequency. When they responded, where did I get my landing clearance from, I realized something went wrong. When I told them the tower frequency I received my clearance to land from, they informed me that was another tower frequency, which also has a runway 23.

Title: A C310 PLT LANDED AT THE WRONG ARPT AFTER A VISUAL APCH.

Narrative: WHILE CONDUCTING AN IFR FLT, I RPTED THE ARPT IN SIGHT TO ZOB. THEY CLRED ME FOR THE VISUAL APCH ABOUT 12 MI E OF THE FIELD AND TOLD ME TO 'CONTACT THE WESTMORELAND TWR.' I DIALED IN WHAT I SAW AS THE FREQ ON THE APCH CHART. I RPTED MY POS TO THE TWR AND THEY TOLD ME TO RPT A 3 MI FINAL. I MADE THAT RPT, WAS TOLD 'CHK WHEELS DOWN, CLRED TO LAND.' WHEN I CLRED THE RWY, I HAD TROUBLE REACHING THE TWR ON THE RADIO. I SWITCHED RADIOS, STILL NOTHING. I SWITCHED TO THE GND FREQ. WHEN THEY RESPONDED, WHERE DID I GET MY LNDG CLRNC FROM, I REALIZED SOMETHING WENT WRONG. WHEN I TOLD THEM THE TWR FREQ I RECEIVED MY CLRNC TO LAND FROM, THEY INFORMED ME THAT WAS ANOTHER TWR FREQ, WHICH ALSO HAS A RWY 23.
