Narrative:
Issued multiple (3 items at once) clrncs when approximately 80 NM from cgt. 1 of those 3 items was 280 KT airspeed. I thought captain was aware of speed restr. At 63 NM east of cgt and 16000 ft, we were given 'cross 45 mi out of cgt at 10000 ft.' captain accelerated (310 KTS) to meet altitude restr. ATC noted we broke the speed restr.
