Narrative:
Prior to takeoff on runway 32L at ord, takeoff announcement given to flight attendants 3+ mins prior to takeoff. So had boom mask switch in mask position and announcement was not received by flight attendants. Several flight attendants slightly injured because they were not seated. No good explanation. So had been transmitting to ramp and company previously. Just an accident!

Title: 3 CREW MEMBER ACR TKOF ORD WITHOUT PROPER FLT ATTENDANT WARNING INJURES SEVERAL CABIN CREW MEMBERS.
Narrative: PRIOR TO TKOF ON RWY 32L AT ORD, TKOF ANNOUNCEMENT GIVEN TO FLT ATTENDANTS 3+ MINS PRIOR TO TKOF. SO HAD BOOM MASK SWITCH IN MASK POS AND ANNOUNCEMENT WAS NOT RECEIVED BY FLT ATTENDANTS. SEVERAL FLT ATTENDANTS SLIGHTLY INJURED BECAUSE THEY WERE NOT SEATED. NO GOOD EXPLANATION. SO HAD BEEN XMITTING TO RAMP AND COMPANY PREVIOUSLY. JUST AN ACCIDENT!
