Narrative:
At FL330 left air conditioning pack failed. Descended to FL240. On ZAU right failed. Told ATC we needed descent now. They gave us 10000 ft. Cabin never climbed above 9500 ft. I said the word emergency. Not sure if ATC took it that way. Reinstated packs at 10000 ft after approximately 10 mins.
