Narrative:
I was walking up to first class galley when I suddenly lost my balance and hit my head on the first class big video screen. I think the reason is lack of oxygen in the cabin. I have seen in the past, this happening to passenger. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: the reporter said that she originally thought the lack of oxygen caused her imbalance, but upon callback, she thought it was the proximity of the screen to the aisle. She did not think that the oxygen packs were the problem.
