Narrative:
Passenger seated in seat xx (bulkhead) was talking extremely loud when flight attendant requested for passenger to please lower his voice. Passenger became upset and refused to lower voice level. Other passenger around the incident could not hear the PA of the safety demonstration. Flight attendant warned passenger of FAA rule (safety demonstration cannot be interrupted except for emergency purposes only). Passenger still refused to lower voice level. First officer came to talk to passenger. Upon arrival, flight service manager met the flight and talked with passenger.

Narrative: PAX SEATED IN SEAT XX (BULKHEAD) WAS TALKING EXTREMELY LOUD WHEN FLT ATTENDANT REQUESTED FOR PAX TO PLEASE LOWER HIS VOICE. PAX BECAME UPSET AND REFUSED TO LOWER VOICE LEVEL.
