Narrative:
I performed the walkaround and noted that the lavatory was being svced. Preflight preparations went normally. We started up and taxied out for departure. At the end of runway 17 we proceeded in front of a G4. Phl tower cleared us into position and hold. As we lined up, the G4 pilot notified us that an access door was open. We taxied off the runway. The captain shut the aircraft down, and went to investigate. He returned and said that the lavatory door had been left open. Additionally, the service panel was left configured to service the lavatory. Apparently, the ground person did not finish his job.
