Narrative:
I took over this flight from another dispatcher. There was an MEL on the aircraft that precluded us from operating in brnav airspace. I did not catch it and the flight left. The flight was from ewr to ams and landed in ams without incident.

Title: A WDB, LOW WING, 3 ENG TURBOJET WAS DISPATCHED IN NON COMPLIANCE WITH AN MEL ITEM THAT PROHIBITED OP IN CLASS B AIRSPACE IN RNAV MODE.
Narrative: I TOOK OVER THIS FLT FROM ANOTHER DISPATCHER. THERE WAS AN MEL ON THE ACFT THAT PRECLUDED US FROM OPERATING IN BRNAV AIRSPACE. I DID NOT CATCH IT AND THE FLT LEFT. THE FLT WAS FROM EWR TO AMS AND LANDED IN AMS WITHOUT INCIDENT.
