Narrative:

We were cleared to land on runway 27R approximately 2 1/2-3 mi behind preceding aircraft. Commuter aircraft was cleared to land in front of us on runway 35. It appeared to us that both aircraft would arrive at the intersection of runways 27R and 35 at the same time. We initiated the go around and informed the tower. Tower was taking no action. A very bad move on their part as the risk of collision was very high. Local and/or approach control should have been working together to provide better spacing between intersecting arrs.
