Narrative:
At air carrier X, 1 flight attendant per aircraft is required (without compensation) to leave aircraft and pull the boarding passes from passenger as they board aircraft. Generally, passenger carry on too many items or very large/heavy items. For this flight, a passenger plowed over my foot with over-sized rolling bag. He was unapologetic. He threatened and intimidated me and continued badgering me even after I handed him his portion of air carrier passenger in-flight disturbance report. Solution: flight attendants should not be required to do agent's job. Carry-ONS should be regulated by the government, because the airlines are too greedy to self-enforce. Such passenger should be removed from flight.
