While reviewing aircraft logbook note discrepancies with item #xx, an interim repair. Logbook page xyzwwv. Inspected first officer's clear view window and notice toilet paper had been used with sealant around half the first officer's window. This is the interim repair and deferred for follow-up maintenance.
