Narrative:
Aircraft was released from maintenance for test flight to atw. At 100 KIAS, I realized we had no elevator control. We aborted the takeoff without incident and returned the aircraft to maintenance where they found the elevator not properly attached to control cables. A thorough preflight was performed, but we never visually inspected the movement of the elevator. Normal resistance was felt at yoke during control check.
