Narrative:

The #1 and #3 flight attendant notified me of a passenger speaking loud and vulgar language and apparently had too much to drink before boarding. At the beginning of our flight, the captain had said not to serve him any alcohol. Beginning our service, he asked me for a particular beer, which we do not have. I told him we didn't have that brand, which we didn't. I remembered someone in row xx was not supposed to get alcohol, I went to the #1 to verify their location. She said xx and reiterated he was not supposed to have any more alcohol. Trying to complete the rest of our service in main cabin. He rang his call light. I went back to answer it. He said he wanted a beer. I told him I was sorry but the captain had requested that we not serve him alcohol. He said ok, but why. I said I wasn't sure. I asked him if anything had happened earlier. He said he just wanted a %$#^& beer. I said I'd be glad to get him a coke or gingerale or something. He started cursing, so I left. He was a very large man and had his feet propped on the bulkhead. I could not reach the call button to turn it off, because of his legs. He would not move his legs when I asked. When we finished our service, we went back to the cabin to pick up. He rang his call button again. I went over to him, he had moved his legs, so I turned the call light off. He started arguing about the call light being on and us not getting him a beer. I stated that I was following direction from the captain, and he could address it with him after landing, but that I would not argue with him. The captain requested that the #2 change jump seats with the #3 because he was a male. After landing, I was one of the last to get off the plane because of my position on the aircraft. I had to make the liquor deposit, so when I deplaned, the captain, #3 and #1 flight attendant were having a confrontation with the passenger in xx (on the jetbridge). When I walked by I heard him say to the captain we told him there wasn't any beer on the plane. I never said that to him nor did I hear anyone say that. This man should never have been boarded by the agent. He was a definite safety threat, verbally abusive, and ignored our instructions.

Narrative: THE #1 AND #3 FLT ATTENDANT NOTIFIED ME OF A PAX SPEAKING LOUD AND VULGAR LANGUAGE AND APPARENTLY HAD TOO MUCH TO DRINK BEFORE BOARDING. AT THE BEGINNING OF OUR FLT, THE CAPT HAD SAID NOT TO SERVE HIM ANY ALCOHOL. I TOLD HIM I WAS SORRY BUT THE CAPT HAD REQUESTED THAT WE NOT SERVE HIM ALCOHOL. I STATED THAT I WAS FOLLOWING DIRECTION FROM THE CAPT, AND HE COULD ADDRESS IT WITH HIM AFTER LNDG, BUT THAT I WOULD NOT ARGUE WITH HIM. THE CAPT REQUESTED THAT THE #2 CHANGE JUMP SEATS WITH THE #3 BECAUSE HE WAS A MALE. AFTER LNDG, I WAS ONE OF THE LAST TO GET OFF THE PLANE BECAUSE OF MY POSITION ON THE ACFT. I HAD TO MAKE THE LIQUOR DEPOSIT, SO WHEN I DEPLANED, THE CAPT, #3 AND #1 FLT ATTENDANT WERE HAVING A CONFRONTATION WITH THE PAX IN XX (ON THE JETBRIDGE). WHEN I WALKED BY I HEARD HIM SAY TO THE CAPT WE TOLD HIM THERE WASN'T ANY BEER ON THE PLANE. I NEVER SAID THAT TO HIM NOR DID I HEAR ANYONE SAY THAT. THIS MAN SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN BOARDED BY THE AGENT. HE WAS A DEFINITE SAFETY THREAT, VERBALLY ABUSIVE, AND IGNORED OUR INSTRUCTIONS.
