Narrative:
At approximately XA10 I was marshalled into a parking spot facing west at GA ramp. At YA30 I received a ride to the aircraft from a ramp agent to aircraft xyz. When I started engines and taxied to the north, I struck the propeller on a (give way to aircraft) sign. I sheared the sign and lost 1/4 - 1/2 inch of the right blade.
