Narrative:
The emergency vectoring map went out on may/xa/99, was fixed and went out again. The eastern region regional control center was notified on may/xf/99 and may/xg/99 that the map was out of synch again and said 'that due to budget constraints would not be repaired until may/xh/99.' natca representative advised on duty supervisor of safety issue and all controllers were working under natca article 65.

Title: ERI CTLR ADVISES FAILURE OF TRACON VECTOR MAPPING EQUIP. EQUIP COULD NOT BE REPAIRED ON WKEND DUE TO BUDGETARY CONSTRAINTS. CTLR EVOKES FAA NATCA CONTRACT ARTICLE.
Narrative: THE EMER VECTORING MAP WENT OUT ON MAY/XA/99, WAS FIXED AND WENT OUT AGAIN. THE EASTERN REGION REGIONAL CTL CTR WAS NOTIFIED ON MAY/XF/99 AND MAY/XG/99 THAT THE MAP WAS OUT OF SYNCH AGAIN AND SAID 'THAT DUE TO BUDGET CONSTRAINTS WOULD NOT BE REPAIRED UNTIL MAY/XH/99.' NATCA REPRESENTATIVE ADVISED ON DUTY SUPVR OF SAFETY ISSUE AND ALL CTLRS WERE WORKING UNDER NATCA ARTICLE 65.
