Narrative:
We were on the bonham arrival between tulsa and mamee. The first officer was flying and we were cleared from FL350 to FL330. I made the 1000 ft call passing FL340 shortly followed by the first officer going heads down in the gfms. The engineer was busy and my attention was also diverted to the gfms entry that the first officer was making. The altitude alert sounded at FL327 and the first officer made an immediate pitch up bottoming out at FL326 and rapidly recovering to FL330. No comment was made by either ZFW or us at the time.
