Narrative:
Flight was filed in part 'hto J174 ATR 085-ATR.' no way to put this clearance directly into FMC. Zizzi intersection which is where J174 intersects ATR 085 degree radial is not in database. Flight plan showed 'TOD' pt to be on J174 when it is actually on the ATR 085 degree radial. The captain input ATR 085 degrees/10 DME (from flight plan) to be the turn point off J174 and the FMC accepted it. After sey we were cleared direct to 'emjay,' another intersection on J174 that did not show up on J174 in our FMC or on the flight plan. 'Emjay' is in database but not shown as on J174 in our database. After emjay direct ATR 085 degrees/10 DME was selected, thinking this point was on J174. About 25-30 NM north of ATR 085 degrees/10 DME center asked us if we had been cleared direct to ATR. Replied no, we're on J174, and he said we were about 10 NM west of J174. He gave us vectors for descent and we asked and he did not say there was any conflict.

Narrative: FLT WAS FILED IN PART 'HTO J174 ATR 085-ATR.' NO WAY TO PUT THIS CLRNC DIRECTLY INTO FMC. ZIZZI INTXN WHICH IS WHERE J174 INTERSECTS ATR 085 DEG RADIAL IS NOT IN DATABASE. FLT PLAN SHOWED 'TOD' PT TO BE ON J174 WHEN IT IS ACTUALLY ON THE ATR 085 DEG RADIAL. THE CAPT INPUT ATR 085 DEGS/10 DME (FROM FLT PLAN) TO BE THE TURN POINT OFF J174 AND THE FMC ACCEPTED IT. AFTER SEY WE WERE CLRED DIRECT TO 'EMJAY,' ANOTHER INTXN ON J174 THAT DID NOT SHOW UP ON J174 IN OUR FMC OR ON THE FLT PLAN. 'EMJAY' IS IN DATABASE BUT NOT SHOWN AS ON J174 IN OUR DATABASE. AFTER EMJAY DIRECT ATR 085 DEGS/10 DME WAS SELECTED, THINKING THIS POINT WAS ON J174. ABOUT 25-30 NM N OF ATR 085 DEGS/10 DME CTR ASKED US IF WE HAD BEEN CLRED DIRECT TO ATR. REPLIED NO, WE'RE ON J174, AND HE SAID WE WERE ABOUT 10 NM W OF J174. HE GAVE US VECTORS FOR DSCNT AND WE ASKED AND HE DID NOT SAY THERE WAS ANY CONFLICT.
