Narrative:
On jun/xa/99 approximately AB00 hours, aircraft (air carrier) xyz arrived in ZZZ, missing the #1 main wheel/tire. As of jun/xa, AB00 hours, the wheel assembly had not been located. The aircraft arrived from abc. I was the last mechanic to install the #1 main tire on may/xy/99 approximately BA00 hours. To the best of my knowledge, I had properly installed the aircraft tire to maintenance manual standards.
