Narrative:

Right before the door closed, she (the passenger) demanded new pillow cases. I was closing overhead bins. I looked down, and she had taken all the cases off the pillows. I told her I could get her pillows and that there were no new pillow cases on board. She had a fit! She said she was in lot of pain. Her back was killing her. When we pushed off from the gate, flight attendant #3 said something was wrong with a passenger. I followed her. It was the passenger with the pillow. She just wasn't quite there. She seemed like she was on drugs. We convinced the first officer to go back and see for himself. We ended up going back to the gate. The agents and supervisor and the police met us. The policewoman said she dealt with her earlier. She apparently tried to leave on the earlier flight and was removed.
