Narrative:
Upon landing in lexington (lex), aircraft pulled severely to the left. Tower noticed that something was wrong and rolled the fire trucks after us. After coming to a stop, the left engine was shut down and the fire department inspected the left main landing gear for fire, none was found. After a shuttle was sent to pick up passenger, right engine was shut down and passenger were deplaned and sent to the terminal, no injuries. After postflting, it was found to be a failure of the left tire and brake due to improper installation by the maintenance department. Aircraft was on the runway for about 40 mins, closing the large runway. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: the reporter stated the problem with the left main brake system was the wheel assembly was improperly installed. The reporter said the brake rotors were not aligned with the interior wheel keyways.
