Narrative:
#2 main tire was found to be out of limits by FAA. At night, when I inspected tire, I think it fell within limits per aircraft maintenance manual layover check. The layover was my first on this aircraft type. It was also my first night in a new station after xfer from abc. The cargo compartment was found to be missing cargo nets. It was just overlooked on my part due to the fact of lack of experience on aircraft type and it being my first day at work in a new maintenance station.
