Narrative:
Taxiing out from gate on taxiway a to runway 1R, misunderstood signage at junction of taxiway M and taxiway a. Turned left at taxiway M thinking it was taxiway B. No big deal, we just held short of runway 1L and crossed to pick up taxiway left to runway 1R. We were just disoriented with the signage and the ground controller wasn't very specific in his directions.
