Narrative:
Aircraft X entered the confines of my sector without a pointout from adjacent sector. Controller had splattered a route into the computer on the aircraft that took him off the united states open preferential routing and was having to take the splat out and did not coordinate for the aircraft to enter the sector without a handoff.

Title: ACFT ENTERED RPTR'S ZME AIRSPACE WITHOUT COORD RESULTING IN AN OPDEV.
Narrative: ACFT X ENTERED THE CONFINES OF MY SECTOR WITHOUT A POINTOUT FROM ADJACENT SECTOR. CTLR HAD SPLATTERED A RTE INTO THE COMPUTER ON THE ACFT THAT TOOK HIM OFF THE UNITED STATES OPEN PREFERENTIAL ROUTING AND WAS HAVING TO TAKE THE SPLAT OUT AND DID NOT COORDINATE FOR THE ACFT TO ENTER THE SECTOR WITHOUT A HDOF.
