Narrative:

Received request to call tower on arrival. Called -- another person (believe FAA inspector) queried me as to whether or not I was flying an air tour, and said the aircraft was observed to be at 500 ft over the ocean in the vicinity of the lava entry from pu U do vent. During the flight, the aircraft was always to my knowledge in compliance with part 91.119 and part 91-138 and part 91.13. I was not flying (plting) a tour, but had rented the aircraft from a company that flies tours and offers aircraft rentals.
