Narrative:

Cleared visual approach, turning base traffic was reported landing on parallel runway, with a TCASII TA warning. Distraction led to not querying approach control to switch to tower frequency for landing clearance, consequently landing while still on approach control frequency. The distraction from adjacent traffic resulted in landing without ATC clearance.
