Narrative:
Aircraft was on second leg with fueling done to accomplish both legs. First officer had performed takeoff calculations and did not note any irregularity on fuel quantity or shortage for mission. However, fuel on board was less than required for conditions.

Title: A FALCON 20 FLC LANDED AT MSP WITH LESS THAN REQUIRED ALTERNATE FUEL.
Narrative: ACFT WAS ON SECOND LEG WITH FUELING DONE TO ACCOMPLISH BOTH LEGS. FO HAD PERFORMED TKOF CALCULATIONS AND DID NOT NOTE ANY IRREGULARITY ON FUEL QUANTITY OR SHORTAGE FOR MISSION. HOWEVER, FUEL ON BOARD WAS LESS THAN REQUIRED FOR CONDITIONS.
