Narrative:
The flight was 2 hours late departing ord due to WX. The passenger was irate due to delay. During the safety demonstration he took out cell phone and made a call. The PA had just been made by #1 flight attendant not to use cell phones, in english and spanish. #2 flight attendant was positioned at row xx to do safety demonstration, and informed passenger to turn off phone. He then cursed her and refused to comply. She informed #1 flight attendant who then informed captain, then the flight engineer came from cockpit to also inform passenger of regulation. Passenger then complied and we resumed taxi out and safety demonstration for departure. The cursing was very vulgar and could be heard throughout the cabin.
