Narrative:
Departed burbank airport on van nuys seven departure. Established on 210 degree heading. Departure controller tells us to fly 345 degree heading. During the turn and climbing through approximately 5000 ft, TCASII warns us of traffic and to 'climb, climb.' as we cross above the aircraft, TCASII indicates -200 ft.

Narrative: DEPARTED BURBANK ARPT ON VAN NUYS SEVEN DEP. ESTABLISHED ON 210 DEG HDG. DEP CTLR TELLS US TO FLY 345 DEG HDG. DURING THE TURN AND CLBING THROUGH APPROX 5000 FT, TCASII WARNS US OF TFC AND TO 'CLB, CLB.' AS WE CROSS ABOVE THE ACFT, TCASII INDICATES -200 FT.
