Narrative:
During climb out through approximately 12000 ft on flight phx-tex, the #2 engine gradually lost power. Engine was secured and return to airport was initiated. An emergency was declared and the rest of the flight, including the landing, was uneventful.

Narrative: DURING CLBOUT THROUGH APPROX 12000 FT ON FLT PHX-TEX, THE #2 ENG GRADUALLY LOST PWR. ENG WAS SECURED AND RETURN TO ARPT WAS INITIATED. AN EMER WAS DECLARED AND THE REST OF THE FLT, INCLUDING THE LNDG, WAS UNEVENTFUL.
