Narrative:
Dfw to lga with check airman on last leg of captain upgrade IOE. During climb through FL260 observed cabin climbing at high rate with low pressure indications on the packs. Stopped climb and received clearance from ftw to descend to 10000 ft. The flow light illuminated shortly thereafter. Abnormal procedures for the conditions and flow light was accomplished which led to emergency descent procedure. The descent, approach and landing at dfw was performed without incident and well below maximum landing weight. Flight conditions were day/VFR with scattered cumulus throughout departure and arrival corridors. No icing conditions were encountered and only very light chop was experienced. Cockpit coordination was excellent. Flight attendants were extremely professional and prepared. They received very high praises from our passenger. My sincere appreciation and congratulations for the excellent performance of their duties and a job well done to the flight attendants. Almost all passenger thanked us for the flight to lga. My thanks to check airman for his support and professionalism.

Narrative: DFW TO LGA WITH CHK AIRMAN ON LAST LEG OF CAPT UPGRADE IOE. DURING CLB THROUGH FL260 OBSERVED CABIN CLBING AT HIGH RATE WITH LOW PRESSURE INDICATIONS ON THE PACKS. STOPPED CLB AND RECEIVED CLRNC FROM FTW TO DSND TO 10000 FT. THE FLOW LIGHT ILLUMINATED SHORTLY THEREAFTER. ABNORMAL PROCS FOR THE CONDITIONS AND FLOW LIGHT WAS ACCOMPLISHED WHICH LED TO EMER DSCNT PROC. THE DSCNT, APCH AND LNDG AT DFW WAS PERFORMED WITHOUT INCIDENT AND WELL BELOW MAX LNDG WT. FLT CONDITIONS WERE DAY/VFR WITH SCATTERED CUMULUS THROUGHOUT DEP AND ARR CORRIDORS. NO ICING CONDITIONS WERE ENCOUNTERED AND ONLY VERY LIGHT CHOP WAS EXPERIENCED. COCKPIT COORD WAS EXCELLENT. FLT ATTENDANTS WERE EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND PREPARED. THEY RECEIVED VERY HIGH PRAISES FROM OUR PAX. MY SINCERE APPRECIATION AND CONGRATULATIONS FOR THE EXCELLENT PERFORMANCE OF THEIR DUTIES AND A JOB WELL DONE TO THE FLT ATTENDANTS. ALMOST ALL PAX THANKED US FOR THE FLT TO LGA.
