Narrative:

Our amended takeoff instructions were: left turn to 070 degrees, climb and maintain 5000 ft for radar vectors to white intersection. After takeoff, in the turn at about 1000 ft, we received an RA 'climb.' we responded to the RA and about 3 seconds later received an RA 'behind' from TCASII. We reported the RA to lga departure. They said, 'didn't the tower tell you about that traffic?' the only indications we received from TCASII. Supplemental information from acn 443777: the display indicated a target 200 ft below us.
