Narrative:
With first officer flying, we began takeoff roll on runway 34R at slc. I made the standard '80 KTS throttle hold' callout. At approximately 100 KTS, the #2 engine reverser light illuminated. I called 'abort' and retarded the throttles to idle. Realizing there was an aircraft on final, I then notified the tower of our abort. The aircraft was instructed to go around.
