Narrative:
Flight from F69 to sgh passed close by cincinnati. My WAC chart was purchased for this flight and is current until oct/xa/99. It shows class C airspace around cincinnati and has a note to consult cincinnati sectional below 4900 ft MSL. We passed cincinnati at over 5000 ft MSL and outside 10 DME from cvg. When we landed at sgh, I got a call to talk with cincinnati and they informed me that I had violated their airspace. I argued I was never inside 10 DME and was informed by the FSS that cincinnati has a new class B airspace which is not shown on my current cg-21 chart. I did obtain a new saint lewis sectional which does show it. I pulled NOTAMS for the trip but if the class B was listed I missed it when I got my briefing via telephone and duat. When I got the altimeter setting from sgh I was lower than I expected, but still over 4900 ft.
