Narrative:
Engine #1 and/or #2 oil caps might have been left off on aircraft xyz. On the morning hour of OX00 I was assigned to oil this aircraft, do a walkaround and check the logbook. This aircraft arrived at OZ16 and left at OY15 ETD destination ewr. I couldn't remember if I put the oil caps back on and immediately I reported the event to my supervisor and they took immediate action for aircraft diversion.

Narrative: ENG #1 AND/OR #2 OIL CAPS MIGHT HAVE BEEN LEFT OFF ON ACFT XYZ. ON THE MORNING HR OF OX00 I WAS ASSIGNED TO OIL THIS ACFT, DO A WALKAROUND AND CHK THE LOGBOOK.
