Narrative:

Location: boulder city. On departure, we were given an airspeed of 230 KTS. Then on our turn to the east, we were told to maintain normal speed. After passing 10000 ft MSL, we started our acceleration. We were then queried by ATC if we were maintaining 250 KTS. We told ATC we were accelerating to normal speed. ATC then assigned us a speed of 250 KTS.

Narrative: LOCATION: BOULDER CITY. ON DEP, WE WERE GIVEN AN AIRSPD OF 230 KTS. THEN ON OUR TURN TO THE E, WE WERE TOLD TO MAINTAIN NORMAL SPD. AFTER PASSING 10000 FT MSL, WE STARTED OUR ACCELERATION.
