Narrative:
A passenger became upset during boarding, because there was no more room for his luggage. We told him that he needed to check his large bag. He started talking smack to flight attendants #2 and #3, and eventually, threw a piece of luggage at one of the flight attendants. That is when I told the captain and let security handle it from there. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: the reporter stated that the flight sequence was 'probably' from miami to boston, and that the incident happened in miami. The man ordered the flight attendant to stow his bag, and when she said that he'd have to check it, he got furious and threw the bag at her. The reporter told the captain, so the captain called security. The state troopers came to the door and talked to the man and the captain. After about 5 mins, they decided to let the man reboard, if he promised to behave. The reporter was furious that the captain did not press charges against the man, but instead, let him reboard.
