Narrative:

On jul/xf/99, I was advised by the company that aircraft xyz had reported some loss of engine oil in #1 engine en route to dfw. Upon arriving, maintenance reported replacing the o-ring on the oil cap and servicing oil to full. This was brought to my attention due to the fact that I was assigned to the engine service on a b-chk on jul/xa/99. To the best of my knowledge, the oil cap was installed and secured properly after leak checking and servicing oil on the aircraft in question.
