Climb out from svmi, air carrier X cleared to climb to FL350. Over J6 TA then RA sounded. Air carrier X turned 45 degrees right and began a descent. Visually acquired air carrier Y on left of air carrier X 300 ft horizontal, 200 ft vertical. Returned to track.
