Narrative:
Encountered flap disagree malfunction when flaps 25 degrees were selected. Accomplished appropriate procedure for malfunction while approach control provided delaying vectors. Landed uneventfully with partial flaps. Did not declare emergency, or prepare cabin for an emergency landing. After landing, checked company flight operations manual and found that there was little or no guidance on this subject of when to prepare cabin for emergency landing.
