Narrative:
Working irl sector, radar controller, additional aircraft in sector due to choppy conditions in sector above. 2 air carrier's (aircraft X and aircraft Z) southeast to northwest, numerous wbound traffic. Both air carrier aircraft at FL330. Wbound B737 (aircraft Y) at FL310. Both air carrier aircraft need to be FL310 or lower to enter next sector. Did traffic search, saw the second jet (aircraft X) and aircraft Y B737 were in conflict and saw aircraft Z jet was clean. Thought I issued aircraft Z jet to descend to FL310. I noticed second aircraft X jet 500 ft lower than assigned altitude. I questioned the pilot said we're out of FL324 for FL310. I told him to maintain FL330. He said 'we're climbing back up.' I then told the aircraft Z jet to descend to FL310. 'Listen' clearly to what you're saying. Look at the data block to make sure that it is who you want to take action with. Think before you speak.

Title: ACR DC9 STARTED TO DSND TO THE SAME ALT OF ACR B737. STANDARD SEPARATION WAS LOST. THE CLRNC TO DSND WAS MEANT FOR ANOTHER COMPANY ACFT. RPTR NEVER CAUGHT THE MISTAKE.
